Introducing Nutrio: nutrition tracking that doesn’t feel like homework
Why we built an AI-powered nutrition tracker and meal architect, and what’s live today.

Why we built Nutrio
Most people who start tracking their nutrition quit within a few weeks, not because they stop caring, but because logging every meal by hand is tedious. Searching a database for the right entry, guessing at portion sizes, typing it all in after a long day: the friction adds up faster than the motivation does.
Nutrio starts from a different assumption: tracking should take seconds, not minutes, and the data you generate by tracking should actually do something for you, not just sit in a history tab.
What’s live today
Snap a photo of a meal and Nutrio estimates its calories and macros in seconds, with no manual entry needed.
Tell it a goal, a calorie target, and how many days, and the AI Meal Architect builds a full meal plan around it.
Personalized meal recommendations are scored against your actual goals, not generic advice.
Streaks track daily consistency, with a built-in grace day so one missed night doesn’t erase your progress.
For dietitians, coaches, and teams: the Client Hub turns a roster of clients into a live feed, showing who logged, who’s trending off-target, and letting a coach react to a client’s meal in one tap.
A meal plan can become a real shopping list, checked out through Instacart or Amazon Grocery without leaving Nutrio.
Who we built it for
Nutrio serves two audiences on one platform. Individuals get free tracking with the option to go deeper: AI photo scans, generated meal plans, trend history. Coaches and wellness teams get the Client Hub, a way to manage a whole roster without living inside a spreadsheet or a group chat.
The two sides feed each other: a client’s tracking data is exactly what shows up in their coach’s roster view, in real time.
What Nutrio is not
Nutrio estimates. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or replace a conversation with a physician or registered dietitian, especially if you’re managing a medical condition, pregnant, or nursing. Every number Nutrio gives you is a reasonable estimate, built to be useful, not a lab measurement.
