The Trainer plan covers 20 active clients. When you add client 21, Nutrio asks you to set a client inactive or move to the Gym plan (150 members across 5 trainers). Inactive clients keep all their history and can be made active again. Nothing is deleted.

The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. On day 15, if you haven’t chosen a plan, your Client Hub pauses: you can’t open your clients’ days until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted. Your clients, their logs, targets and workout plans are all there when you come back, and your clients can keep logging for themselves on the free plan. We remind you on days 1, 7 and 12 of the trial.

By card (Visa or Mastercard) anywhere, which renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. In Uganda you can also pay with MTN or Airtel mobile money, which is charged in shillings at the day’s rate; the exact amount is shown before you approve it on your phone. Mobile money pays for 30 or 365 days and never renews by itself: we email you three days before it ends.

You pay for 10 months and get 12: Trainer is $250 a year instead of $300, Gym is $790 instead of $948.

Yes. Cancel any time in your first month and we refund your payment in full. Contact us from the contact page and we’ll process it.

No. Clients use Nutrio free through your plan, including unlimited photo scans and Coach replies while your plan is active. They sign up from the WhatsApp invite you send them.

Any phone with a browser: Android or iPhone, no app store needed. Clients open their invite link, add Nutrio to their home screen, and it opens like an app. An Android app is on its way.

The Trainer plan is for one personal trainer or dietitian with their own clients. The Gym plan is for a gym or studio with up to five trainers, a shared workout library, your gym’s name and logo for members, and a monthly member report.

US dollars, everywhere. Card payments are charged in dollars; mobile money in Uganda is converted to shillings at the day’s rate when you pay.
