Weekend Reset Playbook
Getting back on track Monday without treating the weekend as a failure.
- 1
Log the weekend anyway
Skipping logging because a day went off-plan is how a two-day gap becomes a two-week gap, log it, even imperfectly.
- 2
Look at the week, not the weekend in isolation
Check your 7-day trend in History, a strong Monday–Friday often means the week’s average is closer to target than it feels.
- 3
Don’t overcorrect on Monday
A large compensatory deficit after a heavy weekend usually backfires, return to your normal target, not a punitive one.
- 4
Use the streak grace day deliberately
If a weekend is genuinely going to be untracked, that’s exactly what the one-day grace period in your streak is for.
